Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get my mobile ticket(s)?

You can access your tickets through the Chicago Blackhawks mobile app, which can be downloaded for free in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please visit our Mobile Ticket Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to easily view your tickets, send them to other guests, accept a transfer and more.

Don't forget to charge your phone battery before heading to the arena, and we strongly recommend adding your ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet before arrival to avoid any connectivity issues upon entry!

But I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster… can I still access them through the Blackhawks app?

Yes! You can link your Blackhawks Account Manager or Ticketmaster account with the Blackhawks mobile app to centrally manage your tickets alongside other gameday experiences and guides. Alternately, you can access your Blackhawks Account Manager or Ticketmaster via your mobile web browser.

Can I still print my tickets at home?

No, mobile tickets are required for entry at United Center gates. Printed PDFs will no longer be accepted.

Will a screenshot of my ticket work to enter the United Center?

No. Mobile tickets will feature a rotating barcode when opened through the Blackhawks mobile app or emit a signal if opened through your device's digital wallet. As a result, screenshots will not work for entry into the arena.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. Once you tap on the desired game, you will be able to swipe through your available tickets.

Don't forget, your entire party needs to enter at the same time if you choose to keep all tickets on one phone. We recommend transferring each person in your party their own ticket to streamline entry at the gates.

What if my entire party is not with me when I enter United Center?

Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter the United Center. If your full party is not entering with you, please transfer the ticket(s) to other individuals in advance so they may enter separately.

How do I transfer tickets to family and friends attending the game?

Please view our Mobile Ticket Guide for detailed instructions. The process for transferring tickets has not changed, but recipients are now required to present their ticket on a mobile device for entry. Make sure to communicate in advance with your intended recipient to make sure they have a smartphone device and that you know the email address associated with their Ticketmaster account to accept and view tickets.

A reminder that screenshots are not an approved method for the transfer of tickets and will not work for entry into the United Center.

What if I do not have a smartphone or need help on gameday due to issues with my mobile device?

If you have purchased tickets and do not have access to a smartphone, please contact the Blackhawks Ticketing Team at [email protected] or 312-455-7090 with your Ticketmaster confirmation number for assistance.

If you are having trouble with your device, we encourage you to visit the United Center Box Office located on the East side of the arena on gameday. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.
