ARLINGTON, Va. - Registration for the Washington Capitals ALL CAPS ALL HER (ACAH) All-Girls Learn to Play program and the ACAH Adult Learn to Play program is now open at

. In addition, an ACAH Adult Learn to Skate begins Oct. 29, with registration details to be announced at a later date in September.

ALL CAPS ALL HER All-Girls Learn to Play
ACAH All-Girls Learn to Play will take place at MedStar Capitals Iceplex on Saturdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the Fall from Oct. 22-Dec. 17, Winter from Jan. 14-March 11 and Spring from April 15-June 3. Team USA 2022 Olympian Hayley Scamurra will serve as the lead coach. Additional coaches may include Washington Pride players and coaches, members of the CWHL Women's League, DMV Women's Hockey players, current and former PHF and PWHPA players, NCAA Division I players, Capitals alumni and more.
The program is open to participants ages 8 through 14 and participants ages 8-9 must have previously completed the Future Caps program, or an equivalent program prior to registration.
ALL CAPS ALL HER Adult Learn to Play
ACAH Adult Learn to Play will take place at MedStar Capitals Iceplex on Thursdays from 8:50-9:50 p.m. in the Fall from Oct. 20-Dec. 15, in the Winter from Jan. 12-March 9 and in the Spring from April 13-June 1. Courtney Laughlin will serve as lead coach. Additional coaches may include Washington Pride players and coaches, members of the CWHL Women's League, DMV Women's Hockey players, current and former PHF and PWHPA players, NCAA Division I players, Capitals alumni and more.
The program is open to participants ages 18 and above.
ALL CAPS ALL HER Adult Learn to Skate
An ACAH Adult Learn to Skate program begins Oct. 29 at MedStar Capitals Iceplex, with registration details to be announced at a later date in September.
The Capitals launched ALL CAPS ALL HER in December 2021 as an initiative that aims to provide access to hockey and elevate the game for women and girls in the Washington, D.C., area. ALL CAPS ALL HER recognizes and supports players, coaches, referees, parents, advocates, students and leaders in the community. Events, programs and content provide various levels of entry into hockey for participants of all ages, offer leadership, business development, and networking opportunities and highlight influential women and families in the community. The Washington Capitals welcome those who are non-binary, transgender, gender fluid, or cisgender women to participate in events and programs within the ALL CAPS ALL HER platform.
