Calgary's third round selection (80th overall) was traded to Seattle for Calle Jarnkrok on Mar. 16, 2022. The pick was then traded to Columbus on Jul. 22, 2022, and then traded once again to New Jersey on Jun. 9, 2023.
Calgary's fifth round selection (144th overall) was traded to Montreal for Tyler Toffoli on Feb. 14, 2022.
The 2023 NHL Draft takes place in Nashville on Jun. 28-29, with Sportsnet carrying the television broadcast. Coverage of the opening round, taking place on Jun. 28, will begin at 5:00 p.m. MT. Coverage of the remaining rounds will kick off at 9:00 a.m. MT on Jun. 29.
