1. SUNDAY SOIREE
The Flyers play the second half of a back-to-back for a second straight Sunday... They own an even 4-4-0 record in the second game of a back-to-back, but have dropped their last three "second games"... The Isles come in playing the third and final game of a road trip which saw them drop the first two games (both to the Bruins) and were outscored 7-1... They have also dropped four straight road games having been outscored 15-5 in the process... 5. PLAYERS TO WATCH
FLYERS (RW: #57 - Wade Allison)
Allison will be playing in just his third NHL game after making his NHL debut on Thursday and scoring his first NHL goal yesterday... He saw an increase of his ice time by over five minutes (11:13 to 16:17) and, of his total 27:30 of ice time, 5:35 has come on the power play... In his first pro season he recorded nine points (4g-5a) in eight games with the Phantoms before being recalled.
NY ISLANDERS (C: #13 - Mathew Barzal)
Barzal has points in three of his last four games (4a) and 10 of his last 13 (4g-9a)... He was held scoreless in the last meeting against the Flyers but has not been held two consecutive games without a point against the Flyers in his career... He has 22 points (7g-15) in 18 career games against Philly.
