Online Account Manager Guide

Managing Tickets

Account Manager provides many options to ensure that you get the best value out of your Season Ticket Membership. These options include transferring tickets, donating tickets and selling your tickets to other fans.

Tickets can be managed either through the upcoming events displayed on your "Homepage" or through the "Manage My Tickets" tab also located on your homepage.

"Manage My Tickets" Tab

This page shows your upcoming games on a month by month basis. Just click on the game you want to manage (i.e. transfer, donate or sell tickets). On this page, you'll also see:

  • "Transfer & Resale" - Includes Transfers Received, Transfers Sent and Listed for Sale
  • To see upcoming events - Change the month at the top left or toggle through the months at the bottom of the page
  • "Advanced Options" - Lets you manage multiple games (i.e. transfer, donate or sell tickets)
Mobile Ticketing

Mobile ticketing is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage your tickets. Mobile tickets provide:

  • Quick and easy entry to the arena using your smartphone
  • Ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets on the go
  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
  • Easy way to go green by printing less paper
