Columbus Blue Jackets announce home opener for 2018-19 season

COLUMBUS, OHIO - The Columbus Blue Jackets will open the home portion of the 2018-19 regular season on Friday, October 5 against the Carolina Hurricanes at 7 p.m. ET at Nationwide Arena, the club and National Hockey League announced today. The remainder of the Blue Jackets 2018-19 schedule is expected to be released on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
