This season, we enjoyed our greatest success to date, finishing second overall in the NHL regular season with 114 points, our most in any season. Also, for the first time in our team's history, we advanced to the Western Conference Final.
Along the way, we have learned many valuable lessons we will take with us into the next season. We were also humbly reminded that we have the most knowledgeable, most passionate and most supportive fans in the NHL. Every team says that…we know it to be true.
Throughout the 2018 Stanley Cup Playoffs, we received countless emails, texts and phone calls remarking on the incredible support we receive from our fans. One email in particular, from NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly, who attended our last game stands out… "Your fans are fantastic - good, solid, polite people." We couldn't agree more.
Whether it's the capacity crowds at every home game since 2011, the enthusiasm we shared together at our #WPGWhiteout Viewing Parties or the overwhelming response to our #WPGWhiteout Street Parties, you inspire us all and we cannot begin to express how grateful we are.
Be assured we will continue to passionately pursue our vision of being a source of pride to all of you, just as your passion for the Winnipeg Jets has become our biggest source of pride at True North.
