BRUINS ACADEMY LEARN TO PLAY PRESENTED BY PURE HOCKEY:The Boston Bruins are excited to continue and grow the Bruins Academy Learn to Play presented by Pure Hockey (previously called "Little Bruins") to help aspiring youth hockey players develop their skills. For the first time this season, the program is expanding to over 80 locations across New England and over 5,000 youth players will have the opportunity participate. The program is available to boys and girls ages 4-9. For a registration fee of $100, the program includes a full set of CCM equipment to keep valued at $500 retail, a professional personalized fitting, and four weeks of on-ice instruction led by certified coaches. The Boston Bruins are thrilled to share their passion for hockey with the next generation of hockey players. This year, $2,500,000 (retail value) worth of equipment will be donated through this program. The program debuted in 2014 with just six locations and 300 participants and has grown each year since. AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY - PULLING FOR HOPE OF BOSTON: Members from the Boston Bruins Promo Team, Mascot Blades, as well as members from One Summit and the Men's Harvard Hockey Team will be representing the Boston Bruins at the American Cancer Society - Pulling for Hope of Boston event. Each team will pull a 150-passenger JetBlue Airbus aircraft 24 feet, and the team with the fastest time wins! BRUINS ACADEMY THE CURRICULUM TEACHER SYMPOSIUM:The Bruins Academy The Curriculum Teacher Symposium is an opportunity for K-8th grade teachers to attend a seminar and learn about Bruins Academy The Curriculum. Teachers will hear directly from peers in the field who have been long-standing members of The Curriculum and learn about their experience utilizing this program in the classroom. Topics will include the process of creating and incorporating lesson plans featuring hockey, social emotional learning and much more! This event is being held from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday, September 29 in Legends at TD Garden. All attendees will receive two complimentary tickets to the Bruins' final preseason game at 5:00 p.m. later that day against the Philadelphia Flyers at TD Garden.
The school that has the most registered teachers in attendance will win a BFit School Assembly Program for the 2018-19 school year. Attendees will also be eligible to win a Zamboni ride, Blades visit or autographed items. Spots are filled but to join the waitlist, visit

Each PASS Clinic is one hour long and led by the Boston Bruins Youth Hockey Development Team. Each clinic is open to 50 youth hockey players in the Squirt/U10 or Pee Wee/U12 age classifications.
