At home this season, Vincent Trocheck produced a team-best 44 points (17-27-44). Trocheck and Jonathan Huberdeau led the Panthers with 17 home goals, while forward Aleksander Barkov led the team with 28 home assists.
Goaltender Roberto Luongo owned a 13-4-1 record at BB&T Center with a .931 save percentage, 2.53 goals against average and one shutout. The 39-year old netminder notched a 10-2-0 mark at home since returning to the Panthers lineup from injury on Feb. 17 against the Calgary Flames. Goaltender James Reimer registered a team-leading three shutouts at home, while owning an 12-4-2 record.
The Panthers won a franchise record eight consecutive home games from Feb. 22-March 10. Over the eight-game home winning streak, the Panthers earned victories over the Washington Capitals (3-2), the back-to-back Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins (6-5), Toronto Maple Leafs (3-2 OT), New Jersey Devils (3-2), Buffalo Sabres (4-1), Philadelphia Flyers (4-1) and New York Rangers (4-3, shootout).
