PURPOSE

This Privacy Policy describes our practices for the personal information for which we are a "data controller" under applicable law. This includes personal information we collect when you visit our website, www.nhl.com/predators (the "Site") or access our mobile application (the "App"), apply for employment with us, or otherwise provide to us in connection with our services and marketing efforts. Business Information

When you seek services from us in the course of contractual or customer relationships between you, your organization, and us, we collect business contact information, including your job title and company's name, and other personal information to provide you with the services you have requested.

We process Business Information to operate our business; to develop new services and improve our services and marketing efforts; to improve our relationship and communication with you and to offer you goods and services which may be of interest or benefit to you; to serve you the content and functionality you request; to respond to your request; to comply with your instructions or requests; to ensure the privacy and security of our Site, App, services, and operations; to maintain our databases and back-ups; to manage our relationships with you; to communicate with you; to keep records of our communications with you; to determine user interests; to enhance your experience and provide you with a more personal and interactive experience; for usage analytics purposes; and to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other customer engagement feature.             Device and Usage Information

When you visit the Site or our App, the National Hockey League (NHL), and other third parties may automatically collect information from your browser or your mobile device, which includes the date and time of your visit, your Internet Protocol (IP) address or unique device identifier, domain server, your browser type, access time, cookies, and data about which pages you visit. If you choose to disable cookies and similar technologies, some areas and features of the Site may not work properly. Where required by law, we rely on your express opt-in consent for the use of marketing, performance, and analytic cookies and similar technologies.

Users of our mobile applications may grant the following device permissions in the App:

Location Services and Information. Location services may be enabled within the App. If enabled, the App will automatically collect geolocational information from your mobile device. You may control the collection of location information through the user settings on your device. If allowed by device permission, collection of location data occurs only when the App is open on your mobile device. * Push Notifications. This permission allows the App to send push notifications on your device. If granted, we may send a push notification to alert you of a notification in the App.

Device permission requests are limited to those that are necessary to implement the App. You may change your preferences regarding device permissions at any time by changing the settings on your device. Opting-out will cause the associated features to be disabled in the App.

            Communications and Inquiries

If you provide us with feedback, contact us for support, ask us questions, register for an event or promotional activity, contact us regarding our lost and found, or otherwise communicate with us, we will collect your Contact Information and other information needed to respond to your communication. We may use your email address to communicate with you about our events and services or send you periodic emails if you decide to opt-in to any of our mailing lists. If you receive email communications from us, we may use certain tools to capture data related to if/when you open our message and if/when you click on any links or banners it contains. Other information collected through this email tracking feature includes: your email address, the date and time of your "click" on the email, a message number, the name of the list from which the message was sent, a tracking URL number, and a destination page.

            Sensitive Personal Information

We process Sensitive Personal Information to operate our business; to serve you the content and functionality you request; to respond to your request; and to comply with your instructions or requests. The legal basis for this processing is consent or, where applicable, our legitimate interests in the proper administration of our Site, App, and business, the proper management of our business relationships, and the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract.

            Employment Positions

If you apply for a job or become an employee, we collect personal information necessary to process your application or employment. In the application, we collect information including, among other things, your Contact Information, emergency contact information, your social security number, employment history, educational history, skills, and competencies.

We process Employment Positions information to operate our business; to verify your eligibility and suitability for employment or other relationships with us; and to comply with your instructions or requests. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in the proper administration of our Site, App, and business, and, where applicable, taking steps, at your request, to enter into a contract.

Other Processing Activities

However, you will not be able to access any portions of the Site or App that require your personal information. Corporate Affiliates

NHL

We may share ticketing and other information about you with other members of the National Hockey League family ("NHL"). For example, we may share ticketing and other information about you with the National Hockey League and NHL Interactive Cyberenterprises, LLC, including so that they can conduct analysis to better understand NHL fans and fan engagement across the NHL, including its member clubs. Acquisitions and Similar Transactions

We may disclose your personal information in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our company assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us is among the assets transferred. For example, if another company acquires us, we will share your personal information with that company.
