Buffalo Sabres forward Drake Caggiula is week to week with an upper-body injury, the team announced Friday. Caggiula missed the team's home game against Boston on Wednesday.
The latest injury report also included forward Casey Mittelstadt and goaltender Craig Anderson, both of whom are still listed as week to week. Mittelstadt participated in the team's morning skate on Wednesday but wore a non-contact jersey. He skated on his own prior to the team's skate on Friday.
Alex Tuch, who has not played this season after undergoing shoulder surgery during the summer, is still listed as month to month. The Sabres acquired Tuch from Vegas on Nov. 4.

Caggiula had settled into a role on a line with Vinnie Hinostroza and Dylan Cozens prior to his injury. He has five points (2+3) in 18 games while averaging 14:38, his highest ice time since 2018-19.
"He had been trying to play through it and he's an ultra-competitive guy and a physical guy," coach Don Granato said. "It inhibited the way he needs to play and the way he can play. We have to give him time to heal and get back healthy again. It is a loss for us because he's such a competitor and it's a bummer that he's been having to play through that over the last little bit."
Anderson has not played since Nov. 2 in San Jose. He was a steady presence in goal for the Sabres to start the season, going 4-2-0 with a .921 save percentage in four appearances
"We didn't feel he would be out this long and it has lingered, so there is concern with respect to that, definitely," Granato said.
