Rousek loaned to Rochester

The Buffalo Sabres have loaned forward Lukas Rousek to the Rochester Americans of the AHL, the team announced Sunday morning.
Rousek, a sixth-round pick in the 2019 NHL Draft, was recalled Saturday on an emergency basis, but did not play in last night's 2-0 road win over the New York Islanders.

The 23-year-old native of Czechia ranks second on the Amerks with 48 points (15+33) in 61 games this season. He tallied four goals and five assists during a five-game point streak earlier this month.
The Amerks are coming off a 1-0 win over Utica last night and host Cleveland today at 3:05 p.m.
