The Buffalo Sabres have acquired a seventh-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft from the Nashville Predators in exchange for forward Rasmus Asplund, the team announced Friday.

Asplund, 25, was a second-round pick by the Sabres in 2016. He played in 164 games with the team spanning the last four seasons.
