Wild.com's Dan Myers gives three takeaways from the Wild's 5-4 overtime win against the Tampa Bay Lightning at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul on Saturday night:

1. Mikael Granlund's goal with 1:17 left in overtime lifted the Wild to a win.
Alex Stalock, playing in place of Devan Dubnyk, made 27 saves and had an assist on the winning goal.
Minnesota rallied from two goals down in the first period and led briefly in the third period before heading to overtime.
The win was Minnesota's third-straight victory and second in overtime this season.

2. Playing on the second half of back-to-back games, the Wild rallied against one of the NHL's best teams.
The Lightning were playing away from home for the first time this season and built a 3-1 lead in the first period on goals by Ryan Callahan, Yanni Gourde and a power-play tally by J.T. Miller after Minnesota had narrowed the deficit to 2-1.
Tampa Bay outshot Minnesota 16-9 in the first and the Wild looked like a team running out of gas.
Then, the second period started.
Marcus Foligno scored a beauty of a breakaway goal 3:49 into the middle frame on assists from Eric Fehr and JT Brown (first points for each in a Wild uniform). Minnesota continued its push but couldn't find the equalizer just yet.

That came in the third period, moments after a power play expired, when Zach Parise shoveled a loose puck in the crease past Andrei Vasilevskiy for his third of the season, which tied Jason Zucker and Matt Dumba for the team lead.
3. That tie didn't last long.
Less than three minutes after Parise's tying salvo, Zucker ripped a slapshot through Vasilevskiy to give the Wild its first lead of the night.
Matt Dumba earned the only assist on the goal, becoming the 10th player on the Wild to find the scoresheet in the game.
Unfortunately for the Wild, the lead didn't last long; Anton Stralman finished off a Gourde pass less than two minutes later, tying the game at 4.
