To find your tickets, please log in to My Wild Account.

I purchased tickets on ticketmaster.com. Where do I find my tickets?

What do I do if I cannot make it to a game?

There are a couple options available to Season Ticket Members:

  1. Sell your tickets through NHL Ticket Exchange: With NHL Ticket Exchange, Season Ticket Members can sell their tickets online for games they cannot attend.
  2. Donate your tickets to charity: You may donate your tickets through the My Wild Account Ticket Donation Program. The Minnesota Wild Foundation will redistribute the tickets to children and families served by an area nonprofit organization. Donations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the game you wish to donate.
What if I want to sell my tickets for a particular game?

You can list your tickets for sale through the NHL Ticket Exchange website just like in the past. Simply log on through My Wild Account and list your tickets for sale.

Is there a cost to transfer tickets?

Wild Season Ticket Members can transfer their season tickets free of charge using My Wild Account.

How do I buy additional single game tickets?

Contact your Fan Relations Representative.

What time do gates open for Wild games?

Gates open 75 minutes prior to all Minnesota Wild games. The exception is Gate 5, which opens 90 minutes prior to all Wild games, allowing premium seat members early access to the RBC Wealth Management Club Level and Bremer Bank Suite Level areas, as well access to the On-the-Glass Club for On-the-Glass seat members.

The Michelob Golden Light Taphouse is open via Gate 4 to all fans.

At what age do children require their own ticket?

All children age 2 and older require a ticket for admission to Wild games.

What is Mobile Wallet?

Mobile Wallet is the mobile equivalent for your 4Ever Wild Membership card. Your Mobile Wallet can be found within the NHL/Wild app. Under the Info section, swipe left to Mobile Wallet. You will need to sign in using the same credentials as your My Wild Account. Once signed in, you'll be able to access your Membership discount for the Hockey Lodge, any potential Loaded Value, add a credit card and earn 4Ever Wild Rewards points!

Learn how to manage your Mobile Wallet here.

What are the terms & conditions for my 4Ever Wild Rewards Loaded Value?

The loaded value mobile gift card inside your Mobile Wallet is redeemable for food & beverage and Hockey Lodge merchandise purchases. The Mobile Wallet loaded value may be used at any concession stand or other arena dining options that accept credit card transactions and may not be applied towards gratuity. The loaded value in your Mobile Wallet will have an expiration date below the virtual card and once expired will no longer be active.

How do I enter Xcel Energy Center now that the building is 100% mobile and printed tickets or 4Ever Wild cards are no longer a form of entry?

The Minnesota Wild is exclusively using mobile entry for access to all home games at Xcel Energy Center. Mobile tickets are the safest, most convenient, and most flexible way to receive and manage tickets.

With Ticketmaster SafeTix, your phone is your ticket. A new barcode is generated every few seconds to prevent your tickets from being copied or stolen. Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted as a form of entry into Wild games at Xcel Energy Center. Simply log in to My Wild Account within the NHL/Wild App, forward tickets to your guests, or store tickets in your Apple Wallet/Google Pay for quick access to enter the venue. For more information on how to manage your tickets, please visit Mobile Ticket Headquarters. If you have further questions, please contact the Fan Relations Team at 651-222-Wild or via e-mail at [email protected].

I Have a Partner

Do my partners have access to my account?

No, unless you provide your login information to your partners. When tickets are transferred via email to your partner, they will receive an email that will prompt them to create their own My Wild Account. The instructions are in the email notifying them of the game tickets you have transferred to them.

I split tickets with my partners. How does it work if I have multiple ticket partners on my account?

All game tickets will be pre-loaded onto your My Wild Account. It is the responsibility of the primary account member to determine how the tickets are distributed among your group. Through My Wild Account, you will be able to transfer your tickets to your partners for free. Once your partners access the tickets, they will be able to manage the tickets.

I transferred the wrong game tickets to my partner. How do I get them back?

If you have transferred the tickets via email and your partner has not accepted them yet, log in to My Wild Account, go to Manage Tickets and select the event for which you wish to cancel the transfer. Select Cancel Transfer.

If your partner has already accepted the tickets, the partner will need to transfer the tickets back through My Wild Account, just as you had transferred them.

Can I forward all my tickets if my account is not paid in full?

Yes. Your entire ticket package is available online in your My Wild Account. However, if the tickets are not paid for a week prior to day of game, the tickets will be inactive.

My partner never received the email with tickets.

Log in to My Wild Account and find the tickets you had transferred via email. Is the email address correct? If so, make sure your partner has checked their spam filter and junk mail. If not, click the red Transfer & Resale button. Select offers sent via email, click Cancel Offer

How do I add a partner?

Please contact your Fan Relations Representative with the name, email, and phone number of the partner you would like to add.
