I'm a Season Ticket Holder. What happens with my tickets for the final 6 games in 2019-20?
While the remaining six home games of the 2019-20 regular season have not been officially canceled, the Boston Bruins will be providing flexibility to Season Ticket Holders. We will be applying your credit for these six games toward your next payment for the 2020-2021 season. We hope you will find this to be helpful as we continue to look forward to the return of Bruins hockey.

I'm a Single Game Purchaser and I have tickets to an upcoming Bruins game. What can I do?
All ticket holders should keep their tickets. Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled game(s).

I purchased tickets through a resale site for the final 6 games in 2019-20. Will I receive a refund?
All tickets purchased through a resale site will be subject to the refund policy of the ticket marketplace. Please contact the resale site directly for more information.

What about my 2020 Playoff tickets?
The 2020 Playoff Pass will ship upon the Boston Bruins clinching a spot in the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs. We will email you with a specific ship date and your tracking number in the future. The barcode on your Playoff Pass will contain all potential home games played during the 2020 Boston Bruins Playoffs. The Playoff Pass is shipping to the address listed on your Boston Bruins STH account.

Where can I go for updates?
We will continue to communicate with our fans as more information comes available. Season Ticket Holders and Game Plan Holders will be notified via email immediately when updates occur.
