Anaheim Ducks Inside Sales Program

What is Inside Sales?

The Anaheim Ducks Inside Sales Program aims to identify, train, and develop the next generation of sports and entertainment business professionals. Over the course of this approximately 10 month, entry-level program, Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) learn the ins and outs of the sports industry and the sales process, providing them with the tools necessary to jump-start their careers.

Why the Anaheim Ducks?

While there are many teams that offer an Inside Sales Program, the Ducks stand above the competition.

  1. Training and Development
As you look to jump-start your career in sports, having a solid start is key. Inside Sales is just the first step on a long journey but will provide the training that will serve as a great foundation on which to build your career. Training topics include Anaheim Ducks/Honda Center product knowledge, the sales process, overcoming objections, relationship building, and much more.

  2. Full-Menu Selling
Anaheim Ducks Inside Sales Representatives have the opportunity to sell all Ducks ticketing products. Ducks ISRs can drive revenue with full seasons, partial plans, rental suites, and group tickets while gaining valuable experience in multiple departments. No matter what or where your next role is, this program will prepare you to be successful.

  3. Networking
Our commitment to your growth goes beyond the program. Whether your next role is with the Ducks, with another team, or outside of the industry, it’s all about who you know. Hone your networking skills and benefit from the extensive networks of our leadership team to ensure your next step is the right one!

  4. Career Growth & Development
Over 80% of individuals who complete the Anaheim Ducks Inside Sales Program find their next role within the sports industry. Whether your goal is sales leadership or high-level selling, this program gives you the support and tools to grow your career.

  5. Culture
Not only do we provide top-notch training and development, we have a blast doing it!  Sales contests, team-bonding outings, and a dynamic work place make for a fun, fast-paced environment where all employees can thrive.
