Intern with the Nashville Predators

The Sports Education 101 program functions much like a typical undergraduate or graduate course during the traditional spring, summer, and fall semesters. Interns will receive hands-on experience in the sports and entertainment industry throughout the term and have opportunities to attend guest speaking events and panels, volunteer in the Nashville community, and receive mentorship from employees within the organization.

The Predators welcome all applicants who are currently enrolled in accredited colleges or graduate schools. Participants must receive credit for the Sports Education 101 program through their academic institution. This opportunity is unpaid and does not guarantee employment with the Preds upon completion.

John Sullivan: Senior Coordinator, Guest Services

"Interning with the Nashville Predators had such a powerful impact as to where I am today. Gaining hands-on experience with an NHL organization not only prepared me for my current role but is something I will carry with me through the rest of my career. The comradery I share with everyone throughout the Predators started during my internship and certainly helped me get to where I am today."

Caitlin Donoghue: Marketing Coordinator

"When I moved to Nashville to intern with the Preds, it was a huge step for me both personally and professionally. I moved here barely knowing anybody, but was welcomed to the Preds organization and was immediately given so many opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. Through my internship, I built relationships not only with those in the marketing department, but in nearly every other department in the organization, which absolutely contributed to the role I am in now. I would not be where I am without this internship and the opportunities it provided me as a college student!"

Haley Hart: Marketing Coordinator, Ford Ice Center

"Interning with the Nashville Predators opened my mind to the possibility of working in sports. Since day one I was able to work on real world projects that helped me determine what I wanted to do and they gave me the support I needed to excel in their internships as well as other internships and school work. I'm grateful for my experiences with this organization, the people I've been able to meet and the career growth that this opportunity continue to provide."
