2023-24 Employee Tickets
Please review the information below for employee tickets for the 2023-24 season.
20-Game Guaranteed Ticket Option
This option will enable Full Time/Non Union employees to receive two (2) tickets to 20 pre-selected regular season home games. Employees will be pre-assigned to either Plan A or Plan B. As in years past, these tickets will be located in the upper level ends.
Similar to previous years, employee tickets will be managed online.
You will receive a separate communication with detailed instructions on how to manage your tickets online.*

IMPORTANT: The IRS has determined that receiving guaranteed comp tickets in advance of the game should be included as taxable income to each employee who elects to receive them, which will require a tax withholding by payroll. As each employee's tax situation is different, we are unable to tell you exactly how this will specifically affect you, but the following is a generic example of what you can expect:
The taxable value of the tickets is $1,280 ($640/ticket); $91.42 per pay period from Oct 20, 2023 through April 19, 2024, which will be additional taxable income that will be included in your paycheck in equal amounts 14 times during the regular season. Only the tax withholding will be deducted from earnings, not the value of the tickets. * The tax withholdings will include required payroll taxes of 7.65% (6.2% Social Security plus 1.45% Medicare taxes) plus income tax withholdings which are dependent on your individual W4 elections and income. * Roughly half of the affected payrolls will fall into your 2023 taxes and the other half in 2024.
Employee Voucher Program
For employees who do not select the 20-Game Guaranteed Ticket Option by the deadline of 9/29/23, you will be automatically enrolled in the Employee Voucher Program.
As a participant in the Employee Voucher Program, you will receive 40 vouchers to be used towards any game that is available during the season (up to 6 per game, subject to availability). Those enrolled in this program will not incur any expenses related to the cost of the tickets. Due to Federal Law, you will be notified 24 hours before the game if your voucher request has been approved. You will receive an email notification as well as directions on how to redeem your vouchers through My Wild Account.
Vouchers are good for regular season only and are not available for post-season games. There may be select games that are highly unlikely that we will be able to offer as a part of the voucher program. Depending on available inventory, this list may change at any given time.
If you would like to be guaranteed that you have tickets for one of the games not available or for any of the other games, we encourage you to purchase tickets through My Wild Account or select the 20-Game Guaranteed Ticket option.
