The NHL HOCKEYVERSE website pages provide animated content depicting real hockey games played by animated characters. This Privacy Policy only applies to those pages. In particular, where applicable, the NHL has implemented appropriate safeguards to help ensure that any personal data will remain protected in accordance with all applicable data protection laws. Such safeguards may include the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses (where applicable, modified as required by law) for transferring personal data outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Switzerland or the United Kingdom (“UK”). Legal Basis for Processing for EEA, Swiss and UK Residents

To the extent our activities are subject to international data protection laws that specify limited legal grounds to process your information, the legal bases for our processing activities are to perform our contract(s) with you; to meet our legal obligations; and for our legitimate business purposes, including to improve our operations and Services, detect and prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.

Information for China Residents
