The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have assigned forward Kyle Connor to the Manitoba Moose.

Connor, 20, played his first professional season in 2016-17 and in 20 games for the Jets he had five points (2G, 3A). The Shelby Township, Michigan native also skated in 52 games for the Moose last year and had 44 points, including a team-leading 25 goals.
Connor was drafted by the Jets in the first round (17th overall) in the 2015 NHL Draft.
The Jets also announced that forward Matt Hendricks was placed on injured reserve retroactive to Sept. 27. Following these moves, the Jets roster now sits at 23.
