Parents don't change whether their kid is a peewee or an NHL player.
Dallas Stars forward Jason Robertson and Vegas Golden Knights forward Reilly Smith received pregame support from their parents before Game 5 of the Western Conference Final on Saturday.
Before the game, Smith's parents dropped him off at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. His mother wore a Golden Knights T-shirt with her son's name and number on it. The two gave their son good luck hugs before he headed into the locker room.
You're never too old to get dropped off by your parents. 🥹 #StanleyCup
Robertson had his own cute pregame moment with his mother. The Stars forward skated over to his mom, who was sporting his jersey, and took a selfie during warmups.
