CENTERS
Spend up for: Anze Kopitar, Los Angeles Kings ($6,600)
The Boston Bruins allow the seventh-most DraftKings points to opposing centers, and Kopitar has been on fire lately with 12 points, four blocks and 23 shots on goal in his past 10 games. He had two goals and three SOG against the New York Rangers on Thursday, is on a four-game point streak, and has at least 5.5 DraftKings points in four of his past six games. He has 31 points in 35 home games and had a strong game at Boston earlier in the season (one assist, three blocks, four SOG)

Value pick: Cody Eakin, Dallas Stars ($3,800)
Eakin was playing on Jamie Benn's line before and after the injury to Tyler Seguin on Thursday, so that will likely remain the combination, at least to start, when the Stars host the New York Islanders on Saturday. He has three goals and four assists in his past five games and respectable peripherals (37 blocks, 116 SOG) for the season. He can be stacked with Benn to offset the expensive wing's price ($7,900).

WINGS
Spend up for: Evander Kane, Buffalo Sabres ($6,600)
Kane, sixth among wings in price, has come close to returning value by his SOG volume alone in his past 10 games (43). He has eight points and is averaging 4.2 DraftKings points per contest in the span compared to his season average of 3.6. He has two goals, one assist and eight SOG in two games against the Toronto Maple Leafs this season and is a safe bet with center Ryan O'Reilly back from injury.
Value pick: Brandon Saad, Columbus Blue Jackets ($5,300)
The New Jersey Devils have won three of their past four, but goalie Keith Kinkaid has allowed 10 goals in his past two games. This is a ripe matchup for Saad at home, where he has 26 points in 34 games and 3.1 SOG per game this season. Seventeen of his 24 goals this season have come at Nationwide Arena. He's priced outside the top 20 wings.

DEFENSEMEN
Spend up for: Johnny Boychuk, New York Islanders ($5,400)
Boychuk is in the midst of a six-game goal drought, but has salvaged his DFS stock in the span with 2.8 DraftKings points per game. He has 15 blocks and 15 SOG in those games and is 12th at his position in price. This is an opportunity for him to break out of his scoring slump at the Stars, who are without Seguin and allow the second-most DraftKings points to opposing D-men.
Value pick: Michael Stone, Arizona Coyotes ($5,000)
With Oliver Ekman-Larsson sidelined, Stone has taken his performance up a notch with one goal, four assists, 10 blocks and seven SOG in four games. Three of those points have come on the power play, making Stone a must-start player for a great value if Ekman-Larsson remains out Saturday against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Stone had one assist, five blocks and two SOG against the Lightning in their game earlier in the season.

GOALIES
Spend up for: Craig Anderson, Ottawa Senators ($7,900)
Anderson has the second-best home save percentage (.933) among goalies with 10 or more games played this season. He's 18-6-3 in those games with four shutouts. That is enough reason to trust him against the Montreal Canadiens, who have scored more than two goals just four times in their past 13 road games.
Value pick: Mike Smith, Arizona Coyotes ($6,600)
Smith has been excellent since returning from injury, making saves on 71 of 72 shots faced in consecutive wins. He's 6-2-0 at home this season and the second-cheapest possible starting goalie for Saturday ahead of the Islanders' J-F Berube ($6,500). The Lightning are in a tough spot in the last of their four-game road trip, which included stops in Columbus, Toronto, Dallas and Arizona -- a ton of travel for one trip.
