Giordano, Flames share impressive trick shot to help ALS fundraiser

The Calgary Flames "Trick Shot for Snowy" challenge is getting pretty serious.

First, general manager Brad Treliving put one in from way off the ice. Now, Mark Giordano and a few teammates put a puck in the net after four passes without letting the puck hit the ice.

The Flames started the Trick Shot for Snowy campaign in support of Chris Snow, their assistant general manager who was diagnosed with ALS last year. June is ALS awareness month.

Giordano responded after being challenged by Matt Stajan and Chris Snow's wife, Willa.

He put together a special one with the help of teammates Mark Jankowski, Michael Stone, Dillon Dube and Matthew Phillips.

After the unmistakable sound of the puck ringing the left post, it fell in the net and the group launched into a hug-free, socially distant celebration.

Even Harvey the Hound got in on the trick shot action with a T-shirt cannon and bucket.
