Well, this version of it is.
A boy named Joshua Sacco, 4 years old at the time, posted a video back in 2009, delivered the "great moments" address performed by actor Kurt Russell, who was brilliant as Brooks in the film.

While he may not have the same bass in his voice as a grown man, the young boy has the look, has the cadence and the passion in the speech down cold.
It was so good that he was later invited to Fenway Park to give a baseball version of the speech to the Boston Red Sox.

He also appeared on "Ellen" saying that he had seen "Miracle" about "a hundred times" and did the speech for the studio audience.
For mini Herb Brooks, this was, indeed, his time.
