Okposo keeps tradition alive, wears goggles to Sabres outdoor game

Forward once again goes with retro look, but this time has matching pregame outfit

Buffalo Sabres forward Kyle Okposo knows that when you find a look that works, you stick with it.

At the 2022 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic on Sunday, Okposo broke out the same eyewear he went with at the 2018 Winter Classic: a pair of blue-rimmed sports goggles.
The Sabres wholeheartedly endorsed the look.

While in 2018 he donned the goggles for warmups, this year Okposo wore them to Tim Hortons Field, but in his defense, they went with the
outfits the Sabres chose
.

One question is left for Okposo: Are they the same exact pair from 2018? Did he have to re-order them? Or, the prefered solution, does he have a drawer full of them in every color that he just goes to when he needs them?
