Sergei Ovechkin poses with big-name fans during All-Star Weekend

It's never too early to start taking photos with fans.

Sergei Ovechkin, 4, son of Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin, took some time Friday to grab a photo with two of his fans -- his dad, and Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid -- during the 2023 Honda NHL All-Star Weekend.

Sergei, affectionately referred to as "Ovi Jr.," also walked the red carpet with his dad later in the day.

The younger Ovechkin also posed with a few other All-Stars and media personalities before the skills competition.

On Thursday, Sergei took a photo with New York Islanders goalie Ilya Sorokin, Tampa Bay Lightning goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy and Lightning forward Nikita Kucherov.
He also got to stand at his dad's media podium during Thursday's media day and waved to the camera.

During the skills competition, Sergei enjoyed his time on the ice hanging out with the All-Stars.
