Coming off a dramatic, comeback, overtime victory on Tuesday, the Nashville Predators are hoping to keep the wins coming as they host the Calgary Flames tonight at Bridgestone Arena. It's the third and final meeting of the season between the two clubs; Nashville is 1-0-1 thus far, including a 2-0 win in Calgary back in December.
Nashville started their four-game home stand by scoring three goals in the final 11 minutes of regulation against St. Louis on Tuesday night before Filip Forsberg scored on a penalty shot in overtime, an outing good for two more points in the standings. But even as the Preds continue to string points together with regularity, the playoff race remains tight, and a Calgary team that sits third in the Pacific Division will undoubtedly be playing with urgency tonight.

"It's a huge game for them, and same thing for us," Preds goaltender Pekka Rinne said. "It's unbelievable when you look at the standings. You feel like you've been playing so well and collecting points almost every second night, and it's hard to separate ourselves. That's how it keeps going and we have to be ready for this game."

Last Time Out:
Calle Jarnkrok started the rally and Austin Watson scored twice - once shorthanded - in a span of two minutes to send the Predators to their fifth consecutive overtime, a franchise record. And once Forsberg beat former Preds netminder Carter Hutton on a penalty shot in overtime to lift Nashville over St. Louis for a 4-3 win, it gave the Predators their 11th win in their last 16 tries and points in 15 of 16.
Defenseman P.K. Subban continues to lead the team in scoring with 44 points, followed by Filip Forsberg with 39, and then Viktor Arvidsson and Kevin Fiala with 36 points apiece. Arvidsson and Fiala are also tied for the team lead with 18 goals each, Forsberg has 17 and Craig Smith has 16. Rinne is 29-8-4 overall, including a 10-0-1 mark in last 11 games.
The Opposition:
Calgary posted a three-game win streak earlier in the month but is coming off a 5-2 loss in Boston on Tuesday. Johnny Gaudreau leads the Flames with 67 points, followed by Sean Monahan with 50 and Matthew Tkachuk with 39. Monahan has 27 goals on the season; Tkachuk and Micheal Ferland have both hit the 20-goal mark. Goaltender Mike Smith has been ruled out of tonight's game due to injury; backup netminder David Rittich is 5-2-2 on the season.

All-Time Meetings:
Nashville is 33-22-(4)-11 all-time against Calgary, including a 19-10-(1)-6 record at Bridgestone Arena. In the previous eight meetings between the two clubs, Nashville is 4-0-4. The Preds have not lost to the Flames in regulation since March 29, 2015, and have picked up at least one point in 18 of their last 22 games. At home, Nashville has earned a point in four straight (1-0-3) and 12 of their last 13 (6-1-6) games versus Calgary.
Notables Versus Calgary:
Filip Forsberg recorded the first of his back-to-back hat tricks last season on Feb. 21 versus Calgary. He has eight points (6g-2a) in 12 career games against the Flames. Roman Josi has two goals and 14 assists in 19 career games against Calgary, while Kyle Turris is on a two-game point streak (4a) against Calgary, posting 13 points (5g-8a) in 17 career meetings with the Flames.
