With their spot at the top of the 2018 NHL Draft identified, the question now shifts to who the Sens will take 4th overall in Dallas. NHL.com just posted their first mock draft since the Draft Lottery and it appears that there isn't a consensus for the Senators spot as three different prospects where "pretend selected".

Here's a look at their predictions and rationale:

Adam Kimelman - Filip Zadina, RW, Halifax (QMJHL)

Mike G. Morreale - Brady Tkachuk, LW, Boston University (H-EAST)

Guillaume Lepage - Noah Dobson, D, Acadie-Bathurst (QMJHL)

While general manager Pierre Dorion wouldn't tip his hand on which prospect he has in his sights, he was elated for the Senators to remain in the top 4 following some less than ideal luck at the lottery on Saturday.
"We feel that the player that we bring in with this pick could help us as early as next year," said Dorion speaking on the next steps in their evaluation process which kicks off next week with their annual scouting meetings.
