Learn To Skate
The Vegas Golden Knights Skating Academy is the place to start for children and adults who are interested in figure skating, hockey or recreational skating. We use the Learn to Skate USA curriculum which is recognized as the best in the industry and designed to serve the needs of both recreational and competitive skaters.
Beginners of all ages will learn the fundamentals of proper skating technique in each level before advancing. Figure skating and hockey skills are included in the program.
Classes are 30 minutes in length and taught in a group format led by professional instructors.
Our goal is to create a fun environment that promotes learning through teaching aids, music and a variety of activities. The curiculum is both challenging and rewarding for everyone.
An 8-week Session Includes:
- One half-hour lesson per week
- Skate rental on the day of your class
- Five additional public skating passes plus 2 guest passes (valid only during 8-week session)
- Skaters will be given a lanyard, with a name tag and report card. Each skater will progress and advance at their own pace.
