HOW MANY SEATS DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TO BE CONSIDERED A GROUP?
The minimum number seats required to be eligible for the group offer is 15.
I RESERVED TOO MANY SEATS FOR MY GROUP, AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYING ALL THE SEATS I RESERVED?
Groups should reserve an accurate number of seats at time of booking. However, it is reasonable that plans may change, so groups can modify their reservation at time of final payment, or up to 30-days prior to the game date, whichever occurs first.

CAN I RE-SELL MY GROUP SEATS?
Oilers group seats are made available to allow groups of co-workers, friends, teammates, students and the like to attend Oilers games. Oilers group seats are not intended to be re-sold. To protect current and future Oilers group seat customers, any group seats identified on secondary ticket markets of any type will be immediately cancelled along with all other seats purchased in that specific group order.
IS THERE A SERVICE FEE WITH OUR SEATS?
No, as one of the benefits of buying groups seats, there are no associated service or handling fees.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY SEATS?
All group seats are offered and managed strictly online through Oilers Account Manager. Account Manager allows you to transfer seats to your group via email, download to your mobile device or donate to Seats for Kids. Printed tickets are not provided.
OUR GROUP IS PARTICIPATING IN A GROUP EXPERIENCE. WHERE AND WHEN DO I MEET?
All information about the experience will be provided to the Group Leader by one of our Account Executives. Your Group Leader will distribute to the information to your group in advance of the game which will include meeting points, meeting times, and related information to ensure your group has a great experience at Rogers Place.
WE HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN IN OUR GROUP, DO THEY NEED A TICKET?
Children under 24-months of age can access Rogers Place without a ticket as long as they are able to sit on the ticket holder's lap and do not obstruct the view or comfort of other Rogers Place guests. Children aged 24-months and older require a ticket to access Rogers Place.
HOW DOES A 24-25 GROUP DEPOSIT WORK?
Once you have placed your $250 deposit for the 2024-25 season, a Group Sales Account Executive will follow up with you when group seats are available for purchase in late-summer or early-Fall. Your deposit provides you advance access to select your game, seating location and applicable fan experience packages prior to the public. Priority access sequencing is based on the time you place your deposit. In other words, the sooner you make your deposit, the higher you will be on the list.
IS MY 24-25 OILERS GROUP DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
No, Group Deposits are not refundable. However, your Account Executive will work with you to find a suitable game for your schedule during your priority access window or at any point during the 2024-25 season.
