Samuel Girard Vegas Golden Knights

Following a comeback victory at home after a long road trip, the Colorado Avalanche turn around to immediately take on the Golden Knights in Vegas on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. MT.

Colorado just traveled to Vegas on Jan. 16 for the most recent matchup between these two teams, with the Avs recording a shutout win 2-0. Gabriel Landeskog scored one goal while Mikko Rantanen scored the other. Cale Makar assisted on both goals, with Devon Toews and Nathan MacKinnon both grabbing one assist of their own.
Following the contest, The Avs head into March with a home game against the New York Islanders.

Vegas forward Jake Leschyshyn's father, Curtis, is a pro scout with the Avalanche and played for the franchise from 1988-1996, winning the Stanley Cup in 1996.
