Bowen Byram Boulder Strong Jerseys warmup Vegas Golden Knights 2021 March 25

The "Boulder Strong" jerseys that the Colorado Avalanche wore prior to its game this past week against the Vegas Golden Knights go up for auction beginning on Monday, March 29, with all proceeds benefiting the Colorado Healing Fund.
The special-made No. 10, Avalanche third jerseys with the words "Boulder Strong" on the nameplate were worn during warmup on Thursday at Ball Arena in honor of the 10 people that died in the mass shooting at the King Soopers grocery store in Boulder on Monday, March 22. Each sweater is signed by the Colorado player that wore it during warmup.
Bids can be placed online at www.ksc.givesmart.com or by texting "KSC" to 76278 until the auction closes on Thursday, April 1 at 8 p.m. MT. In addition to the one-of-a-kind jerseys, other autographed items from the Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids and Colorado Mammoth are also up for auction.

The Colorado Healing Fund provides a secure way to donate to victims of mass violence that are in need of immediate and long-term support. The Fund also works with victim service partners to identify needs and fill the gaps in financial resources. To learn more, go to

The Avs wore their third jerseys during Thursday's warmup as the sweater is Colorado inspired with a triangular-mountain design in the middle that represents the state's topography and has the letter 'C' in the crest, similar to the one on the state flag.
