Some moments are worth watching over and over.

Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane has had a career filled with highlight-reel plays and some stand out more than others. One such magical moment came when Kane wowed the crowd with an assist for the ages when the then-22-year-old channeled his inner-Denis Savard and made a miraculous spin-o-rama assist on a Marian Hossa goal against the Anaheim Ducks on a Tuesday night in October 2011 at the United Center.

With the Blackhawks trailing the Ducks 1-0 in the second period, Kane brought 21,247 fans out of their seats when he raced into the offensive zone, wheeled to his left around Anaheim defenseman Toni Lydman and as Kane completed his 360 spin he flipped a backhanded pass through the crease to Hossa, who banged it past startled goaltender Jonas Hiller.
"I remember coming up the right side of the ice - I was playing center at that time, actually - and Hossa made a nice cross-ice pass to me on my backhand," Kane said. "I was coming through the zone and (Daniel) Carcillo drove the net pretty well to take a guy or two with him. I saw Hossa kind of out of the corner of my eye before I did the spin-o-rama and I just threw it to an area and he skated right into it. It couldn't have worked out more perfect."

The play sparked the Blackhawks to a 3-2 come-from-behind shootout win to improve to 5-1-2 on the season. Naturally, the winner in the shootout came off the stick of Kane, who also recorded an assist on Patrick Sharp's game-tying goal in the third period.
Kane, who has been known to watch highlights of his and his teammates exploits, said he's watched the spin-o-rama assist on video "a few times."
"I think every now and then you watch certain plays like that just to see how they developed or fun moments like that," Kane said. "That's one I watch, for sure."
