The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that they have activated forward Marcus Kruger from injured reserve.
Kruger, 26, recorded two goals and eight assists in 39 games for the Blackhawks this season before being placed on injured reserve on Jan. 1. The Stockholm, Sweden, native has posted 98 points (30G, 68A) in 367 career NHL games, all with Chicago.
