MEDICAL UPDATE: Dach Out 4-5 Months Following Wrist Surgery

Forward suffered right wrist fracture with Team Canada on December 23

Chicago Blackhawks team physician Dr. Michael Terry today released the following medical update on forward Kirby Dach:
"Today, Blackhawks forward Kirby Dach underwent successful surgery in Chicago to repair a right wrist fracture he sustained on December 23 at the World Junior Championships in Edmonton. We expect Kirby to return to hockey-related activities in approximately four to five months."
