"The COVID-19 pandemic continues to bring health and financial uncertainty for many of our fans, and we understand that many personal situations have changed," said Chris Werner, Blackhawks Vice President of Ticketing. "While we hope to one day welcome our outgoing season ticketholders back into the Blackhawks family, this is an exciting and unique chance for us to be able to offer fan-friendly and flexible options on all arena levels to new members of our fan base who may not have had this opportunity for nearly a decade."
While the NHL has yet to determine an official start date for the 2020-21 season and state & local COVID-19 guidelines continue to evolve, fans can purchase tickets with confidence that if next season is played without fans or at a reduced capacity, delayed or shortened, they will have the option to roll any ticket purchases and payments to the 2021-22 season or receive a refund.
If games are played with reduced capacity, new and renewing season ticketholders will receive top priority to access tickets for the 2020-21 season in accordance with those applicable guidelines.
