The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that they have named Marc Crawford as an assistant coach, completing the 2019-20 season coaching staff. Head Coach Jeremy Colliton's staff also includes Assistant Coaches Sheldon Brookbank and Tomas Mitell, Goaltending Coach Jimmy Waite, Video Coach Matt Meacham and Marc's son, Dylan Crawford, who serves as assistant video coach.
Crawford has 18 seasons of NHL coaching experience including 1,169 games as a head coach in the NHL. He won a Stanley Cup as head coach of the Colorado Avalanche during the 1995-96 season and has an all-time NHL coaching record of 556-431-182. As a head coach in the NHL, his all-time playoff record is 43-40.
