The Chicago Blackhawks today announced that the team has activated defenseman Alec Martinez (right groin) from injured reserve.
Martinez, 37, has skated in four games with Chicago during the 2024-25 campaign, posting one assist. He recorded his first point as a Blackhawk during his last appearance on Oct. 15 at CGY.
The Blackhawks play the Seattle Kraken tonight at 7:00 p.m. PT/9:00 p.m. CT at Climate Pledge Arena. The game can be seen on CHSN and heard on WGN Radio.
