When will I get to pick my plan slate or Pick 'Em games?
Half Season Plan buyers will be required to select an A or B option at the time of purchase to guarantee their seat location, which will both be balanced game slates. Following the release of the 2024-25 schedule, there will be an opportunity to change from one slate to the other, subject to availability.
At this time, Quarter Plans, Mini Plans and all Pick 'Em options only require a deposit, and Members will select their plan slate or games following the release of the 2024-25 NHL schedule.
What if I want to purchase preseason games?
You will have access to a presale opportunity to purchase preseason games closer to the start of the 2024-25 season, though we may not be able to guarantee your exact seat for preseason.
How do I add parking? Do I need a parking plan to take advantage of my Member discount?
If you would like to add parking for the 2024-25 season, you can do so during the online purchase process.
Members who would like to take advantage of their discounted parking benefit must purchase a parking plan in advance of the season.
What should I do if I want to access the Ketel One Club?
Access to the Ketel One Club is already included for Glass Seat Members.
Full Season Members who are interested in Ketel One Club access for the 2024-25 season can add this on during the purchase process or contact their Membership Services Representative.
How do I pay my invoice for the upcoming season?
With the purchase of a Blackhawks Membership, you are signed up to be automatically renewed for the following season. Auto-renewal provides an easy and convenient way to continue your Membership and guarantees your uninterrupted benefits year-over-year.
Payments will be charged to the credit card on-file per the payment schedule located here.
If you’d like to pay in advance of the designated dates, you can pay through Account Manager or call your Member Service representative.
As a Member, is the Winter Classic part of my ticket plan?
Blackhawks Membership options only include regular season games hosted at the United Center. Members will receive a presale opportunity for Winter Classic tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
As a Full Season Member, does my invoice already reflect 40 home games at the United Center instead of 41 home games?
Yes, your invoice already takes this change into account. The price you see is accurate for the 2024-25 season for our 40 home games at the United Center.
Benefit FAQs
How do Game Swaps work?
All Full and Half Season Members will be able to swap a limited number of games (see chart) in their plan for tickets to other games. You will only be able to swap a game for an equivalent or lesser game tier (i.e. "B" game for "B" game), subject to availability and at least 72 hours in advance of the game you are exchanging. You will not be required to swap all seats in your plan, but please note that a swap of any number of seats will count against your total allotted game swaps allowed. Additional information will be provided upon 2024-25 season ticket release.
How do I use my food & beverage discount?
The Blackhawks official mobile app is your hub for managing your food & beverage discounts as part of your Membership. Stay tuned for more detailed instructions on how to use this benefit at the United Center closer to the start of next season.

How do I use my retail discount?
The official Blackhawks mobile app is your hub for managing your Membership retail discounts at the Madhouse Team Store and all other United Center retail locations. Stay tuned for more detailed instructions on how to use this benefit at the arena closer to the start of next season.
As a Member, you'll also receive discounts at the Blackhawks Store on Michigan Avenue and CBHshop.com by providing your account number at checkout.
What are Member Retail Discount Days?
We plan to open the Madhouse Team Store for a Members-only "gear-up" day before the 2024-25 season. Members will receive discounts of 30% or more on many items in the store!
What is my Member gift and when will I receive it?
Each Membership tier will receive an exclusive, Members-only gift towards the end of the 2024-25 season. Stay tuned for more information.
What events will I be invited to as a part of my Membership?
We are currently planning next season's Member events and look forward to sharing more information when available.
How do I access my United Center Concert Presale Access benefit?
For select United Center shows, you will receive a presale link at the email associated with your Blackhawks Season Ticket Membership account. Access is limited and subject to each show's availability.
How do I receive a Guaranteed Giveaway Box as my Choice Gift? How does it differ from the Special Interest Offer Item Access benefit?
A Blackhawks Guaranteed Giveaway Box will include all gate giveaways for the 2024-25 season.
If you purchase a Full or Half Season Membership plan before August 1, 2024, you will have the choice to receive one Guaranteed Giveaway Box or $100 in food & beverage credit for each seat in your plan. We will contact you over the summer to confirm your preference.
If you purchase a Partial Season Membership before August 1, 2024, you will have the option to purchase a Guaranteed Giveaway Box, and we will contact you over the summer with more information on this purchase opportunity.
Please note that this box will not include promotional items that are part of a Special Ticket Offer (e.g., heritage or college night items). However, Members will be able to purchase select items through their Special Interest Offer Item Access benefit before the season.
What is Exclusive Merchandise Access?
Members will receive exclusive presale access to new merchandise items before the general public. Think Starter Capsule, Four Star Collection and more!
Additionally, we look forward to offering select retail items that only Blackhawks Season Ticket Members can purchase!
Club Member FAQs
As a Club Member, how do I use my $25 loaded food & beverage credit?
You'll be able to use your $25 credit per ticket at almost any concession stand in the United Center. Please note this currency will only be available for use on a game-by-game basis (i.e., value does not roll over between games). Stay tuned for more detailed instructions on how to use this credit closer to the start of the season.

What does Lexus Club parking look like?
As a Club Member, you will receive a complimentary parking pass for all games in your plan. Location of your pass will depend on seating location.
What is the Lexus Club level fee?
The Lexus Club level carries a fee of $1,000 per seat.
Glass Member FAQs
What is the all-inclusive Glass Seat Member Club?
Glass Seat Members are invited to eat and drink in style at the Concert Club before, during and after every home game during the 2024-25 regular season. Your VIP Concierge will reach out with more information closer to the season.
What does Glass Seat Member parking look like?
As a Platinum Member, you will receive a complimentary parking pass for all games in your plan.
Why don't Glass Seat Members have the ability to swap games?
Seating "on the glass" is the most exclusive location in our arena. Given the extremely limited quantity of glass seat locations, we are unable to guarantee availability of equal-value seats for swapping.
