LOAD BLACKHAWKS POINTS

Step 1 - View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Load My Points" button.

Step 2 - Select Tickets to Load

To load your Blackhawks Points, select which seat(s) you will be utilizing for the desired game, and tap “Load Ticket”

Note: If you plan to transfer the ticket to another person, do not select those tickets in this step. Once Points are loaded, they cannot be transferred.

Step 3 - Confirm Tickets to Load

Read the two disclaimers and click “Confirm” to load the Blackhawks Points into your digital wallet.

USE BLACKHAWKS POINTS FOR FOOD & BEVERAGE

Step 1 - View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Concessions Discount and Points" button

Step 2 - Scan QR Code

You should now see a scanner appear on your screen that is using your back camera on your device.

Use this screen to align your camera with the QR provided for you at checkout.

Step 3 - Finish Payment

For Season Ticket Members, your Food & Beverage Discount will automatically be applied.

If your Blackhawks Points balance covers the full amount of items purchase, you are good to press "Order Now".

If not, there is a section for you to input your credit card information before hitting "Order Now".

APPLY MEMBER RETAIL DISCOUNT

Step 1 - View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Retail Discount" button.

Step 2 - Show QR Code

A QR Code will pop up on screen that the staff member will scan in order to apply the discount to your purchase.

Step 3 - Complete Your Purchase

Once the discount is accepted, you can complete your order by following the steps provided to you by one of our retail staff members.

Note: Blackhawks Points are not eligible for retail purchases

APPLY MEMBER DISCOUNT OR POINTS AT RESTAURANT LOCATIONS

Step 1 - View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Dining Discount and Points" button.

Step 2 - Show QR Code

A QR Code will pop up on screen that the server will scan in order to apply the discount to your purchase.

Step 3 - Complete Your Purchase

Once the discount is accepted, you can complete your order by following the steps provided to you by your server.

APPLY DISCOUNT AND POINTS AT GRAB & GO LOCATIONS

Step 1 - View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Grab & Go Discount and Points" button.

Step 2 - Show QR Code

To ensure proper functioning, make sure to have your credit card synced to your Digital Wallet under “Manage My Credit Card”. Otherwise, Grab & Go locations will not permit entry.

Step 3 - Grab and Go

Select any items you would like to purchase from these Grab & Go locations! If you would like to receive a receipt for your purchases, ask a nearby staff member for assistance.

SEND BLACKHAWKS POINTS

Step 1 - View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Send Blackhawks Points" button

Step 2 - Transfer Points

Enter in the amount you wish to transfer, up to the amount in your Digital Wallet. Next, enter the email address of the account you wish to send the Points to given that they have the Chicago Blackhawks app. Lastly, you have the option to send a message before you press "Transfer".

If you purchased a game-specific ticket offer, and have already redeemed your Blackhawks Points for that game, they are not eligible to be transferred.

Step 3 - Email Confirmation

Once the transfer is processed, both you and the recipient will receive an email confirmation confirming the transfer.

VIEW BALANCE

Step 1 - View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Blackhawks Points Balance" button.

Step 2 - View Blackhawks Points

If you wish to pay with your Blackhawks Points, tap the toggle switch to the right of the Points value to apply to your purchase

Frequently Asked Questions

I am a season ticket member… am I required to pay with Digital Wallet to enable my discount?

Yes. Simply link a credit card to your Digital Wallet in the Blackhawks mobile app, and follow the above steps to scan your unique QR code at checkout.

Food & beverage transactions must be fully completed through the app to enable your member discount.

Retail purchases can be completed at the register after scanning your QR code.

I purchased a ticket that has Blackhawks Points included with it. How will I be able to see and use the Points?

This season, fans must load the Blackhawks Points associated with their ticket into their Blackhawks App Mobile Wallet through the “Load My Points” button within Tickets and Wallet sections of the app. For further assistance, reference the step-by-step instructions above.

I would like to transfer my ticket with game-specific Blackhawks Points included. Will the Points transfer with the ticket?

If you have not loaded the Blackhawks Points associated with the ticket you are trying to transfer into your Mobile Wallet, yes; the Points will transfer with the ticket.

If you have already loaded in the Points into your Mobile Wallet, the Points will not transfer with the ticket.

When I transfer my ticket, with the member discounts associated with the ticket also be transferred with it?

No. Member discounts are associated with your membership account, not the individual tickets.

Any game-specific Blackhawks Points associated with individual tickets (i.e. Club members) will still automatically transfer to the ticket recipient.

Do Blackhawks Points expire?

Blackhawks Points will expire at midnight following the final home game of a given season. Unused Points cannot be carried forward to subsequent seasons.

Game-specific Blackhawks Points (Family Pack, Beer Pack, Suite in the Seats) must be used on the gameday associated with the ticket; unused Points will not roll over to the next game.

Club members: If you have game-specific Points and selected Points as your choice benefit, your Digital Wallet will always pull from whatever expires first (i.e. your game-specific Points before your remaining choice benefit balance).

Are Blackhawks Points accepted at restaurant locations like Ketel One Club, Stadium Club, Queenie's, Crown Royal Whiskey Bar, Brew Pub and FanDuel Lounge?

Yes. The process may look a little different than when you use them at concession stands, but our trained staff is there to make it a quick and easy checkout. Please refer to the guide above for more instruction.

Can Blackhawks Points be used at Just Walk Out locations?
