ROBINSON ROSTER MOVE 1231

The Columbus Blue Jackets have recalled left wing Eric Robinson from the Cleveland Monsters, Columbus' American Hockey League affiliate, club General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced today.
Robinson, 23, has recorded 10 goals and nine assists for 19 points with six penalty minutes, a +3 plus/minus rating and 55 shots in 33 games with the Monsters this season. He ranks second-T on the team and seventh-T among AHL rookies in goals and leads club rookies in goals, assists and points.

The Bellmawr, New Jersey native, who signed a two-year entry level contract with the Blue Jackets on Mar. 26, 2018, collected two shots and a +1 plus/minus rating on 11:21 of ice time in his NHL debut in the team's 2017-18 regular season finale on Apr. 7 at Nashville. Prior to turning pro, he notched 39-28-67 and 74 penalty minutes in 128 career games at Princeton University (ECAC) from 2014-18. In his senior campaign in 2017-18, the 6-2, 200-pound winger set career highs with 17-14-31 and 44 penalty minutes in 36 games while serving as team captain.
