CBJ announce return-to-play broadcast coverage information

The Columbus Blue Jackets and broadcast partners FOX Sports Ohio and 97.1 The Fan will offer fans game coverage and special programming as the club returns to play later this month, the club announced today. The Blue Jackets will face off against the Toronto Maple Leafs in a best-of-five Qualifying Series from Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. The game schedule with local broadcast information follows:

Live coverage of Columbus-Toronto games carried by FOX Sports Ohio begins with the Blue Jackets Live pre-game show starting 30 minutes prior to game time. Blue Jackets Live will not air prior to the Blue Jackets-Bruins exhibition contest with coverage starting at 7 p.m. ET. All games televised on FOX Sports Ohio/FOX Sports Ohio Plus will also be streamed live via FOX Sports GO.

BLUE JACKETS ON RADIO
All Blue Jackets playoff games will be broadcast live on the Eldorado Scioto Downs Blue Jackets Radio Network, including flagship station Sports Radio 97.1 The Fan, online at BlueJackets.com and via the Blue Jackets app. Coverage will begin with a 60-minute pre-game show prior to each radio broadcast of the Columbus-Toronto series and a 30-minute pre-game show prior to the exhibition contest vs. the Bruins.

The INSIDE EDGE, hosted by Bob McElligott and Jody Shelley, has returned to 97.1 The Fan on Wednesdays from 7-8 p.m. and will air once a week throughout the postseason. In addition, a special playoff preview show will air on Monday, July 27 from 7-8 p.m. on 97.1 The Fan and Eldorado Scioto Downs Blue Jackets Radio Network stations.
