The Columbus Blue Jackets have assigned goaltender Jet Greaves to the Cleveland Monsters, the club's American Hockey League affiliate, General Manager and Alternate Governor Jarmo Kekalainen announced today. Greaves was added to the roster on emergency recall on Tuesday.

Greaves, 21, has posted an 18-18-4 record with a 3.18 GAA, .898 SV% and one shutout in 44 career AHL games with the Monsters since making his pro debut in 2021-22. The 6-0, 184-pound native of Cambridge, Ontario is 6-6-2 with a 3.69 GAA and .885 SV% in 15 outings with the team in 2022-23. He was signed by the Blue Jackets to a three-year, entry level contract on Feb. 20, 2022.
The Blue Jackets return to action Thursday when they host the Carolina Hurricanes. Game time from Nationwide Arena is 7 p.m. ET.
