A native of West Vancouver, British Columbia, Christiansen has collected 0-4-4 with two penalty minutes and 26 shots in 11 games with the Monsters in 2022-23. The 6-0, 193-pound defenseman has registered 16-48-64 with 49 penalty minutes, five powerplay goals and 267 shots in his AHL career with the Monsters and Stockton Heat since making his pro debut in 2019-20. Last season, he was named to the AHL's Second All-Star Team after setting career highs with 13-32-45 in 62 contests with Cleveland. He signed a three-year, entry-level contract with Columbus on Mar. 4, 2020.

The 6-4, 199-pound native of Klatovy, Czechia has added 0-4-4 with two penalty minutes, 12 shots and a +2 plus/minus rating in five games with the Monsters this season. He was selected by the Blue Jackets in the first round, sixth overall, at the 2022 NHL Draft.
