The Columbus Blue Jackets trimmed their training camp roster by three players, club General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced today.
The Blue Jackets returned forward Trey Fix-Wolansky, the club's seventh round pick in the 2018 NHL Draft, to the Western Hockey League's Edmonton Oil Kings and released forward Egor Sokolov and defenseman Jordan Sambrook from tryout contracts. There are currently 58 players in camp - 34 forwards, 18 defensemen and six goaltenders.
