COLUMBUS, OHIO --- The Columbus Blue Jackets made several moves today prior to the National Hockey League's 5 p.m. ET deadline to submit its 23-man roster, club General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced.

The following players were assigned to the Cleveland Monsters, the Blue Jackets' American League affiliate: forward Tyler Motte, forward Kole Sherwood and defenseman John Ramage. Forwards Boone Jenner and Sam Vigneault were placed on the Injured/Non-Roster list, while forward Jordan Schroeder was placed on Injured Reserve.
The Blue Jackets roster includes:
Forwards (13) - 9 Artemi Panarin, 10 Alex Wennberg, 11 Matt Calvert, 13 Cam Atkinson, 17 Brandon Dubinsky, 18 Pierre-Luc Dubois, 22 Sonny Milano, 28 Oliver Bjorkstrand, 36 Zac Dalpe, 37 Markus Hannikainen, 45 Lukas Sedlak, 71 Nick Foligno and 77 Josh Anderson
Defense (8) -3 Seth Jones, 4 Scott Harrington, 7 Jack Johnson, 8 Zach Werenski, 27 Ryan Murray, 53 Gabriel Carlsson, 58 David Savard and 65 Markus Nutivaara
Goaltenders (2) -70 Joonas Korpisalo, 72 Sergei Bobrovsky.
