COLUMBUS, OHIO ---The Columbus Blue Jackets have recalled left wing Sonny Milano from the Cleveland Monsters, Columbus' American Hockey League affiliate, club General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced today.

Milano, 21, has recorded five goals and five assists for 10 points with four penalty minutes and a +1 plus/minus rating in 24 games with the Blue Jackets. He has added 0-2-2 and a +2 plus/minus rating in two contests with the Monsters this season.
The Massapequa, New York native has posted 5-6-11 and four penalty minutes in 31 career NHL games with the Blue Jackets. He has added 32-53-85 with 46 penalty minutes and a +2 plus/minus rating in 129 career AHL games with the Monsters and Springfield Falcons since making his pro debut at the end of the 2014-15 campaign. He was the club's first round pick, 16th overall, in the 2014 NHL Draft.
