The step-by-step guide below walks you through the process of accessing your CBJ wallet and digital STH Fan Bucks card, loading money into your account, viewing your account balance and accessing your transaction history.

The process of purchasing STH Fan Bucks and loading your digital STH Fan Bucks card has been simplified entirely through your Blue Jackets App and CBJ wallet. For fastest access and use, please setup your account using the email address associated with your Blue Jackets account and tie to an active credit/debit card.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO ADD STH FAN BUCKS: iOS DEVICES

Start by clicking on the "CBJ Wallet" from the home screen or by clicking on "More" in the lower right-hand tray of the app and click "Fan Bucks & CBJ Rewards".

Step 1

Click on the "+" in the upper right-hand corner to activate your STH Fan Bucks by loading funds to your account. Any existing funds from previous seasons will be automatically loaded to your new account.

Step 2

Click on the drop down and select: "Purchase STH Fan Bucks".

Step 3

Select the amount of STH Fan Bucks you want to load onto your account then click "Select Payment".

Step 4

Click "Select Payment"

  • If you don't have a payment method saved, select "Add new payment method".
  • If you already have a payment method entered (the app will store the previous payment method used), skip to Step 7.

Step 5

Click "Credit/Debit Card," then enter your card information on the following screen.

Step 6

When prompted, click "Confirm" to activate your current payment method.

Step 7

Check your preferred payment option, or add a new payment method, then click "Continue".

Step 8

Once complete, you should see the loaded digital STH Fan Bucks card with current balance in your CBJ wallet.

Once the digital STH Fan Bucks card is loaded, you can scan the QR Code at the top of the screen at concessions to apply your STH Discount and pull from your balance.

Did my balance from the old STH Fan Bucks account rollover into my CBJ Wallet?

Yes, all STH Fan Bucks balances for renewed accounts in good standing were transferred into your CBJ Wallet.

What if I cannot see the CBJ Wallet button on the CBJ App Homescreen?

If you are unable to see the CBJ Wallet, you are likely not signed into the CBJ App correctly. To correctly sign into the CBJ App, click “More” in the lower right-hand tray of the app, scroll down on the menu and click “Settings.” On the “Settings” screen, click “Connect my Accounts” to link the app to the email address associated with your Blue Jackets tickets.

If you are already logged in and are unable to see your CBJ Wallet – it is recommended to logout, and log back in. You are now free to access your STH Fan Bucks through your CBJ Wallet.

STH Fan Bucks can be used at all food and beverage locations within Nationwide Arena during Blue Jackets home games. Please note that STH Fan Bucks credits cannot be used for some in-seat vendors or for catering purchases.

Yes – Your STH Fan Bucks card can be used at the Blueline Store at Nationwide Arena or Polaris Fashion Place shopping mall.

Can I use my STH Fan Bucks at other Nationwide Arena events?

STH Fan Bucks can only be used for the purchase of food and beverages at Blue Jackets games played at Nationwide Arena.

Who is eligible to purchase STH Fan Bucks?

STH Fan Bucks are exclusively for current Blue Jackets Season Ticket Holders who have a Full, Half, or Quarter Season plan.
