Why do online purchases require my location and/or request my current location?
Your current location is required to confirm eligibility. The raffle is offered in Missouri and Illinois only.
What if I receive the following prompt: You must allow your browser to share your location to purchase tickets, Please click "OK" to reload this page, then be sure to allow your browser to share your location to share your location when prompted?
The browser should reload the page and ask you to share your location upon uploading. Note: in some browsers the popup may say "close: instead of "OK".
I entered the incorrect email and did not print my tickets, what should I do?

Do I need to be present to win?
No, you may scroll up on this page for more information and to see the winning numbers. To claim your prize, you must email [email protected] with a picture of the winning ticket. If you purchased your ticket in person, the printed ticket you'll receive is your ticket for the raffle, but also your receipt. If you lose the ticket, we are not able to resend it if purchased in person at the game.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
Fans must claim within 90 days of the drawing. Failure to claim within this timeframe will result in the winner's portion being donated to Blues for Kids and the Blues Alumni
